‘El Toboso’ is a magnificent villa with fantastic sea views in Coveta Fuma, El Campello.
The villa is located just 25 meters from the sea. The bay, with two beautiful sandy beaches, is just 75 meters walking distance away.
Located on a quiet street in a unique spot on the ‘Morro Blanc’ Bay in the quiet urbanization of Coveta Fuma north of the fishing village of El Campello on the coast between Benidorm and Alicante. Located in hilly countryside with panoramic views of the sea and sandy beaches. This part of the Costa Blanca is also known as the “Florida of Europe” because of its subtropical climate.
The living area and the terraces are located on the 1st floor, giving you magnificent views on all sides.
The villa, suitable for 6 people, has been delivered 2015.
Around the villa are terraces where you can always find a place in the sun or shade. Behind and beside the house is a beautifully tended garden with palms, etc.
El Toboso consists of 2 levels:
on the 1st floor, accessible via an outside staircase with 22 steps, is the living room with stunning sea views!

Accessibility to Coveta Fuma is ideal:
300 meters from El Toboso is the train station and it is only 5 minutes by car to the motorway junction and only 25 minutes to/from Alicante-Elche airport. The airport is also accessable via TRAM and bus.
The electricity costs are included up to 100 kWh per week.
Any additional consumption will be charged at € 0,25 per kWh.
